- June 15, 2026: registration closes
- June 16–21, 2026: verification and validation of registrations
- June 22–30, 2026: publication of the list of validated participants
- July 25–31, 2026: sending documentation to validated participants
- August 14, 2026: organizational activities in Videle
- August 15, 2026, 06:00–08:30: start preparation activities (cyclist check – equipment and bicycles, distribution of participation kits, completion of registration)
- August 15, 2026, 09:00: official start
- August 19, 2026, 17:00: official closing ceremony
- August 19, 2026, 21:35: deadline for arrival to validate the result for brevet certification
- August 26, 2026: publication of participants’ results
- August 28, 2026, 23:59: deadline for submitting any appeals regarding the obtained result
- August 29, 2026: submission of results to Randonneurs Mondiaux for homologation
